Position Summary
  • A Culinary Event Specialist is tasked with preparing various food items following established recipes and standards to ensure exceptional service.
Compensation
Starting pay for this position is $17/hour, with adjustments based on experience. This role also receives gratuities.
Sign-On Bonus:
New hires will be eligible for a $500 bonus after completing 90 days of employment, subject to applicable taxes.Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare food items in accordance with specified recipes and quality benchmarks.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Adhere to food safety and sanitation standards, ensuring the kitchen facilities and equipment are properly maintained.
  • Uphold all hygiene protocols within the kitchen.
  • Efficiently manage guest orders with a friendly demeanor.
  • Possess comprehensive knowledge of the menu and all food offerings.
  • Stock and maintain designated food preparation areas.
  • Conduct visual inspections of all food items prior to service.
  • Follow correct food handling and storage procedures in compliance with regulations.
  • Prepare supply requisitions as needed.
  • Perform additional tasks as directed by the Executive Chef and Food and Beverage Director.
Qualifications
  • Strong understanding of sanitation standards.
  • Preferred 2 years of culinary experience.

  • Proficient in English to communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
