Job Title: Radiology Manager

Children's Hospital Colorado is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Radiology Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Radiology Department, you will be responsible for developing, administering, managing, and coordinating strategic and tactical operational activities and programs.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop annual work plans to achieve goals and performance metrics.
  • Participate in leadership activities for the division, contributing to the achievement of goals and objectives.
  • Manage communications to the enterprise on projects and hot topics related to the functional area.
  • Assign and review work, provide work instruction, and develop team members.
  • Participate in developing budget recommendations and monitoring budget.
  • Work on highly complex projects, performing project management activities.
  • Ensure compliance against federal, state, and local regulations for the functional area.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree and completion of an accredited radiography program required.
  • Five (5) years of radiology experience, including two (2) years in a leadership role.
  • Equivalency: Experience will substitute for bachelor's degree on a year-for-year basis.
  • Certification(s): BLS/CPR, ARRT Registered, and/or NMTCB Certificate required. CRA preferred.
Work Environment:

The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will be able to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and as part of a team.
