Job Title: Radiology Manager

Children's Hospital Colorado is seeking a highly skilled Radiology Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Radiology Department, you will be responsible for developing, administering, managing, and coordinating strategic and tactical operational activities and programs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the Radiology department's Clinical service lines.
  • Develop annual work plans used to achieve goals and performance metrics.
  • Participate in leadership activities for division, contributing to the achievement of goals and objectives; evaluate team performance.
  • Manage communications to the enterprise on projects and hot topics related to functional area.
  • Assign and review work, provide work instruction (OTJ or formal training) and develop team members.
  • Participate in developing budget recommendations and in monitoring budget.
  • Work on highly complex projects; perform project management activities.
  • Ensure compliance against federal, state, and local regulations for functional area.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree and completion of an accredited radiography program required.
  • Five (5) years of radiology experience to include two (2) years in a leadership role.
  • Experience will substitute for bachelor's degree on a year for year basis.
  • BLS/CPR, ARRT Registered and/or NMTCB Certificate required. CRA preferred.
