As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for Demand Planning, Service level analysis & support, customer compliance, fine prevention, and mitigation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead quarterly Demand Planning Reviews to ensure accurate forecasts and minimize bias.
- Establish and maintain SKU forecasts, eliminating bias and improving forecast accuracy.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to drive improvement in forecast accuracy.
- Provide SKU & aggregate level forecast analysis to inform business decisions.
- Develop and improve methods to comply with customer requirements and dispute customer fines.
- Support top-tier customer service achievement and sustainability by prioritizing inbound containers and driving accountability for desired supplier performance.
- Lead proactive review of supply gaps against forecast with sales and present solutions to reduce or eliminate shortages.
Requirements:
- 4-year degree in Business, Supply Chain, Statistics, or related field.
- 5-7+ years of supply chain related planning experience, with Demand Planning a plus.
- 2-3+ years of experience directly leading others with a people development perspective.
- Experience developing, managing, and executing cross-functional project plans.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to make sound recommendations based on data findings.
Preferred Qualifications:
- MBA or APICS/IBF certification.
- Continuous improvement experience and certification.
