About the Role

We are currently seeking a Senior Production Engineer to enhance our High-Pressure Copolymer Plants. This position is crucial for optimizing plant operations and ensuring the safe and efficient production of high-quality products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate closely with the operations team, utilizing your technical expertise to solve complex problems.
  • Apply your knowledge of plant technology and historical data to improve processes.
  • Ensure the effective use of Most Effective Technology (MET) and process automation to enhance plant performance.
  • Conduct thorough analyses to identify root causes of operational inefficiencies.
  • Maintain a strong presence in the field to reinforce the importance of safety and compliance.
  • Review daily operational logs and Key Process Indicators (KPIs) to monitor performance.
  • Act as a technical expert during unplanned events, implementing corrective actions as necessary.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
  • A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a production environment.
  • The ability to work legally in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship.
