Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Assistant to join our team. As a Housekeeping Assistant, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and sanitation of our facilities, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for our residents and staff.
Key Responsibilities:- Perform housekeeping and cleaning duties, including dusting and damp mopping floors, cleaning and sanitizing bathrooms, and removing trash and recyclables.
- Utilize protective gear and follow safety protocols to prevent accidents and injuries.
- Maintain a high level of cleanliness and organization in assigned areas, including patient rooms, common areas, and laundry facilities.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless service delivery and meet customer expectations.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Competitive hourly rate: $17.00 per hour.
