About the Role
  • Provide top-notch customer service, answering questions and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Assist customers with purchases, process transactions accurately, and maintain a clean and safe shopping environment.
  • Maintain a thorough knowledge of products, services, and promotions to make informed recommendations to customers.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales goals, maintain store appearance, and ensure excellent customer experience.

Requirements
  • Age: 21 years or older (subject to location)
  • Availability: Ability to work weekends and holidays
  • Communication Skills: Effective reading, writing, speaking, and understanding of English
  • Math Proficiency: Basic math skills, including addition, subtraction, division, and multiplication
  • Physical Ability: Capable of frequently lifting 10 lbs and occasionally lifting up to 50 lbs
  • Pre-Employment Screening: Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and be subject to a criminal history background check
