**Job Summary**

Community Health of Central Washington is seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Medical Receptionist to join our Reception Care Team. As the first point of contact for patients and visitors, you will provide excellent customer service while answering multi-line telephones, checking patients in/out, scheduling appointments, registering new patients, insurance verifications, and accepting payments.

**Responsibilities:**

  • Provide exceptional customer service to patients and visitors
  • Answer multi-line telephones and respond to patient inquiries
  • Check patients in/out and manage patient flow
  • Schedule appointments and manage the patient schedule
  • Register new patients and update patient information
  • Verify insurance coverage and process payments
  • Perform other administrative tasks as needed

**Requirements:**

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent required
  • Prior medical office experience preferred
  • Bilingual Spanish/English a plus
  • Pre-employment drug screen required
