Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Medical Receptionist to join our Reception Care Team at CHCW. As the first point of contact for patients and visitors, you will provide excellent customer service while answering multi-line telephones, checking patients in/out, scheduling appointments, registering new patients, insurance verifications, and accepting payments.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to patients and visitors
  • Answer multi-line telephones and respond to inquiries
  • Check patients in/out and manage patient flow
  • Schedule appointments and manage the schedule
  • Register new patients and update patient information
  • Verify insurance coverage and process payments
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent required
  • Prior medical office experience preferred
  • Bilingual Spanish/English a plus
  • Pre-employment drug screen required
