We are currently looking for a proactive Supply Chain Operations Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role is essential in ensuring that our clients receive their equipment promptly, thereby supporting our Order Fulfillment process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive and process incoming and returned equipment.
  • Manage and ship additional requests for self-installation and subcontracted clients.
  • Assist in the deployment of new customer equipment as required.
  • Monitor technician inventory levels and dispatch additional supplies as necessary.
  • Conduct monthly physical inventory counts to maintain accuracy.
  • Communicate inventory-related updates with various departments and stakeholders.
  • Ensure workspaces are organized and free of debris.

Qualifications:

  • 2-3 years of experience in fulfillment, warehousing, or logistics.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and teamwork abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Flexibility to work varying hours, including occasional weekends.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
  • Familiarity with cellular and wireless technologies is advantageous.
  • Experience with vehicle electronic systems is a plus.
  • Comfortable using power tools such as screw guns.
  • Physical capabilities include lifting up to 50 lbs, walking, standing, and visual acuity for distinguishing parts.
