Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Representative to join our team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for developing long-term relationships with customers and overseeing sales. You will work to satisfy customers' needs and requests, respond to their queries in a timely manner, and deliver a positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities- Manage a portfolio of accounts to achieve long-term success with Spanish-speaking clients.
- Gain new customers, improve customer retention, product mix, and volume, and maintain profitable sales margin.
- Suggest applicable and relevant upsells to help customers with everything they need.
- Meet weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales quotas.
- Meet with customers to discuss their evolving needs and assess the quality of our company's relationship.
- Ensure that the Corporate Mission and Values are followed at all times.
- 2+ years of sales experience.
- Food Industry, Hospitality, or Customer Service background required.
- Bi-lingual (preferred).
- Excellent negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Business acumen with a problem-solving attitude.
- Prioritizing, time management, and organizational skills.
- Competitive pay (up to $100,000 with added commission).
- Monthly car allowance and cell phone allowance ($1,000).
- Eligibility for a guaranteed $1,000 bonus for the first 3 months and a $500 bonus for the following 4-6 months or commission of gross margin (you will receive the higher of the two).
- 2-4% Sales Commission achieving on gross margin + $100 for each new customer ($200 gross margin must be achieved).
