Job Title: Sales and Business Development Representative

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales and Business Development Representative to join our team at CoCard Business. As a Sales and Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and driving revenue growth for our company.

Key Responsibilities:

⁠ ⁠Research and identify potential clients in target industries, including restaurant, retail, service, health, automotive, and other industries.

⁠ ⁠Proactively reach out to business owners and decision-makers via phone to introduce our software solutions and assess their needs.

⁠ ⁠Schedule qualified appointments for our sales team by effectively communicating the value proposition of our products and services.

⁠ ⁠Build rapport with potential clients and maintain a positive and professional demeanor to establish trust and credibility.

⁠ ⁠Accurately record and update customer information, interactions, and outcomes in the CRM system.

⁠ ⁠Conduct timely follow-ups with prospects to nurture leads and keep the sales pipeline active.

⁠ ⁠Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to provide insights and feedback from your interactions with prospects.

Requirements:

⁠ ⁠Proven experience in telemarketing, cold calling, or inside sales, preferably in the software or technology industry.

⁠ ⁠Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and persuade over the phone.

⁠ ⁠Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple leads and follow-ups simultaneously.

⁠ ⁠Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a drive to meet and exceed targets.

⁠ ⁠Familiarity with CRM systems and lead generation tools.

⁠ ⁠Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
