About the Role
This full-time position involves working closely with our interdisciplinary team to provide high-quality patient care. You will be responsible for assessing patient needs, developing individualized plans of care, and implementing interventions to achieve optimal outcomes. Your expertise in medication administration and management will be invaluable in ensuring safe and effective patient care.

Key Responsibilities
* Assess patient needs and develop individualized plans of care in collaboration with the R.N.
* Administer medications accurately and timely, following established protocols and procedures
* Collaborate with the R.N. to reassess patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
* Provide education to patients and families regarding pain management, wound care, and other relevant topics

Requirements and Qualifications
* Graduate of accredited licensed practical/vocational nurse program
* Current state licensure as Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse
* CPR/BCLS certification; ACLS preferred
* Minimum six months' medical/surgical experience in an acute care setting preferred
