Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Oversight: Manage day-to-day financial activities, including accounting, reporting, and compliance.
  • Strategic Support: Collaborate with senior leadership to provide financial insights and support strategic planning.
  • Process Improvement: Identify and implement enhancements to financial processes and systems.
  • Reporting & Analysis: Prepare and present financial reports, forecasts, and analyses to stakeholders.
  • Team Leadership: Guide and mentor finance team members, fostering a high-performance culture.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field
  • Proven experience in financial management and reporting.
  • Strong analytical skills with a strategic mindset.
  • Proficiency in financial software and systems.
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
