Position Overview

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver comprehensive social work services, including case management, to our client population in alignment with state regulations and organizational policies.
  • Utilize various social work strategies with client families to achieve the objectives outlined in the Service Plan.
  • Conduct initial case evaluations and ongoing assessments to ensure effective service delivery.
  • Develop and implement service plans, taking into account anticipated client outcomes.
  • Provide case management and direct services as specified in the Service Plan to help clients reach their established goals.
Qualifications:

Education: A bachelor's degree in social work (BSW) is typically required.

Experience: A minimum of two years of experience in a related child welfare or human services role is generally required. Prior experience in social work or case management is crucial.

Physical Requirements: Ability to sit, stand, bend, stoop, reach, and lift items weighing up to 50 lbs.; visual and auditory skills are essential.
