Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Prop Specialist to join our Event & Exhibit Services team. This role will support our team in detailing and managing assigned projects, leveraging all production resources both internal and external. The Prop Specialist will serve as the liaison between Growth and Production, ensuring seamless communication and quality control standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Detailing and project managing of prop assignments, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
  • Creating detailed drawings of projects and DXF cut files for production and graphic templates.
  • Serving as the primary point of contact for Growth and Production, facilitating communication and resolving conflicts.
  • Maintaining accurate files of project specifications, drawings, revisions, and other relevant documentation.
  • Collaborating with team members and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Working closely with Growth, Production, and Graphic layout to expedite current and future work.
  • Attending weekly meetings to review current and future prop workload and overall event progress.
  • Addressing technical challenges and resolving conflicts that arise during the detailing process.
  • Monitoring production quality standards to ensure deliverables meet expectations.
  • Providing material recommendations and installation guidance.
Requirements
  • Preferred 5+ years of experience in 3D modeling and AutoCAD.
  • Experience in live events and trade shows is a plus.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask for managing multiple projects.
  • Proficient computer skills, including AutoCAD, Adobe Suite, Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Advanced level in 3D AutoCAD.
  • Advanced knowledge of fabrication materials, products, and services.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
