Key Responsibilities:
The Graphic Designer role is pivotal in creating our onsite materials and direct mail marketing assets that highlight our conferences. This position demands exceptional organizational abilities and the capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Develop design solutions to enhance marketing initiatives, programs, special content, brochures, flyers, banners, landing pages, HTML emails, and redesigns.
  • Generate and deliver design layouts, production-ready artwork, specifications, and other necessary materials to development and production teams.
  • Prepare files for production processes.
  • Manage drafts through a comprehensive proofing process, incorporating necessary edits between rounds.
  • Adapt corporate branding styles to new designs and graphics, adhering to style guides and templates.
  • Collaborate directly with vendors to fulfill customer specifications and ensure timely delivery.
  • Oversee project management tasks.
Qualifications:

Education and Experience:
  • AA or BFA/BS degree in Graphic Design or a related field.
Skills:
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant professional design experience.
  • Extensive experience with design software, including Dreamweaver, Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Flash, and Adobe Acrobat.
  • Proven ability to produce visually engaging and impactful designs.
  • Experience in a corporate setting is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in standard design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects concurrently.
  • Highly detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills.
  • Capacity to meet tight deadlines.
  • UI/UX experience is a plus.
  • FCP/AE experience is a plus.
