We are currently in search of a Change Management Consultant to join our team remotely.

The successful candidate will be a resilient and adaptable expert with a solid history of leading extensive organizational transformation initiatives and fostering trusted relationships across various levels of the organization.

This individual will demonstrate outstanding communication abilities, sharp business insight, and the capacity to navigate complex and uncertain environments.



Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement a comprehensive change management framework to minimize resistance and secure leadership endorsement for a technology initiative.

2. Advocate for diversity and respect within the workplace, proactively identifying and addressing points of resistance among stakeholders.

3. Formulate and execute change strategies to ensure swift adoption of specified changes.

4. Create a detailed Change Management Strategy and Plan, encompassing Communication and Training Plans.

5. Cultivate and sustain trusting relationships across various departments and functions to facilitate successful organizational transformation.

6. Conduct stakeholder analyses, readiness evaluations, and thorough change impact assessments to gauge the effects of programs on personnel and processes.

7. Develop actionable and targeted change management plans, including leadership alignment, sponsorship engagement, and stakeholder communication.

8. Provide consultation on training materials, delivery methods, and assessments to guarantee effective knowledge transfer.

9. Establish and track metrics, key performance indicators, and measures to reinforce progress related to change and ensure quality outcomes.

10. Serve as a visible advisor to project sponsors, leadership, and key stakeholders.

11. Identify, onboard, and mentor change agents to enhance stakeholder engagement and build internal change capabilities.

12. Integrate change management activities into the overall project framework to support successful implementation.

Qualifications:
Certification in Change Management (e.g., Prosci, CCMP) is preferred.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in change management, ideally with large-scale technology initiatives or transformation projects.

- Advanced expertise in applying change management principles and methodologies.
- Proven ability to cultivate trusted relationships at all organizational levels and design effective change management strategies.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey messages to diverse audiences.
- Strong active listening and problem-solving capabilities, with a natural inclination for strategic planning.
- Ability to recognize cultural indicators and interpersonal dynamics, establishing and maintaining robust relationships.
- Influence others towards a shared vision or objective, working effectively across all organizational levels.
- Resilient and determined, with the ability to adapt in complex situations.
- Collaborative team player capable of working effectively with and through others.
- Strong business acumen and understanding of organizational challenges.

Desired Skills:
- Experience collaborating with executive leadership.
- Proficiency in metrics and analytics.
- Experience in promoting employee adoption and utilization of new technologies and processes.

Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years in change management.
- Proven experience in managing large, complex technology initiatives and transformation projects.
- Demonstrated ability to work with executive leaders and enhance internal change capabilities.
