Key Responsibilities:
  • Work collaboratively with our team to create a fun and fast-paced environment.
  • Build strong relationships with customers and provide personalized recommendations to meet their needs.
  • Deliver "Wow" moments by exceeding customer expectations and demonstrating a commitment to service excellence.
  • Ensure a safe and efficient customer experience by directing customers into the car wash tunnel.
  • Maintain the appearance and cleanliness of our location.
  • Adhere to Mister Car Wash safety procedures and policies.
Requirements:
  • An outgoing personality with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to connect with customers and understand their needs.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
  • High energy and a willingness to work in a dynamic outdoor environment.
  • Able to stand, squat, kneel, sit, and remain mobile for long periods.
  • Able to lift 50 lbs. to the waist, 25 lbs. to the chest, and 15 lbs. above the head.
  • A strong work ethic and a team-player attitude.
