LHH Recruiting Firm is seeking a highly motivated Business Systems Analyst to join our client team. This role will involve supporting business application users, resolving issues, and driving process improvements.
Key Responsibilities:- Support business application users and resolve process and application issues
- Serve as liaison between local entity and Corporate ERP-IT team
- Develop proposals and implementation plans for business system resolutions, including required resources (personnel and costs)
- Drive business system application-related projects to deliver against committed schedules, resolving or escalating issues as needed
- Regularly meet with managers and users to evaluate business system performance and develop recommendations for improvements
- Develop knowledge base to become the subject matter expert (SME) in interconnected business applications (QAD, QAD EQMS, MES, etc.)
- Knowledge of maintaining and handling ERP and Quality Systems (QAD and QAD EQMS)
- Knowledge of integrated and bolt-on production control and quality systems
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Ability to work with employees and vendors at all levels
