Job SummaryWe are seeking a Senior Program Manager, Strategic Planning and Portfolio Management to join our Global Digital, OMNI & Guest Support team. This role will support the implementation of a governance model and cross-functional strategic planning programs to enable alignment and executive decision making.
Key Responsibilities- Support the implementation of a governance model and cross-functional strategic planning programs to enable alignment and executive decision making
- Manage and implement long-range planning framework and processes to connect long-term strategy to annual operating plan
- Enable and optimize the annual operating plan process in partnership with FP&A and technology partners
- Develop and prepare roll-up view of key planning deliverables (e.g. LRP, OKR, AOP) for senior leadership team to make informed decisions
- Optimize and enable a common dependency management, intake and quarterly planning process in partnership with other functional portfolio leaders and technology stakeholders
- Minimum BA / BS degree from a four-year accredited university in business operations or related field
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
- 8+ years of experience related with strategic planning, long range planning, program management or management consulting preferably in vertically integrated, global, retail environments
- Experience working with systems and/or with technical teams seen as an asset
