We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Research Nurse to join our team at Parexel. As a Clinical Research Nurse, you will play a critical role in the conduct of clinical studies, ensuring the highest level of quality and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities- Study Conduct: Support the development and implementation of study protocols, ensuring that all necessary procedures are followed and that data is accurately collected and recorded.
- Patient Care: Provide high-quality patient care, including administering medications, conducting medical procedures, and monitoring patient health status.
- Data Management: Collect, prepare, and enter data into case report forms and databases, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Collaboration: Work closely with physicians, researchers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless study conduct and data collection.
- Quality Assurance: Participate in quality assurance activities, including audits and inspections, to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Education: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or relevant work experience.
- Experience: At least 2 years of experience in a hospital or clinical setting.
- Licensure: Active Registered Nurse License in the state of California.
- Certifications: Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification and ACLS certification within 6 months of start date.
