Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Employee Relations Specialist to join our team at Vaya Health. This role requires a deep understanding of employee relations, labor laws, and human resources practices. The successful candidate will provide guidance and support to leaders and employees in promoting a fair, inclusive, and productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to leaders and employees on employee relations matters
  • Provide coaching and development opportunities to employees
  • Investigate and resolve complex human resource issues
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve employee engagement and retention

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
  • At least 7 years of experience in HR, with a focus on employee relations
  • Strong knowledge of NC state and federal labor laws
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Estimated Salary Range:$85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
