Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
  • Experience: 3 years of experience supervising or leading maintenance employees, with demonstrable knowledge of mechanical and refrigeration systems, electrical safety, and preventative maintenance programs.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team of maintenance employees. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
