Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior System Design Engineer to join our product team and contribute to the development of new platforms and architectures.

Key Responsibilities

  • Propose and present new platform or next-generation server system designs with feasibility in mind
  • Coordinate internal resources and work with design groups to achieve design targets
  • Review and improve product quality from design to manufacture, including sample validation and failure analysis
  • Clarify and resolve design and manufacture issues
  • Research and provide input for new design technologies and continuously improve current designs

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, System Engineering, or a related field
  • 8+ years of experience in the computer/server industry, with 5+ years of experience in server system design
  • Experience managing a team and familiarity with all sub-components design and validation
  • Familiarity with manufacturing processes and cost
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
