Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Valet Operations Supervisor to join our team at SP+. As a key member of our parking operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our valet services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily valet operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Supervise a team of valet attendants, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve valet efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; 6 months of related experience or training preferred.
  • Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record required.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
