Job Description

**Job Summary**

thatgamecompany is seeking a seasoned marketing professional to support the team's marketing efforts in Vietnam. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining a strong player community, collaborating with local partners, and driving marketing campaigns to achieve business objectives.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute local marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement in Vietnam.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with local content creators, influencers, and partners to promote thatgamecompany's products and services.
  • Monitor and analyze marketing campaign performance, using data-driven insights to optimize and improve results.
  • Support local events and activations to build brand presence and community engagement.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for the Vietnam community, providing support and feedback to ensure a positive user experience.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing and/or community management, with a focus on Southeast Asia or Vietnam.
  • Native Vietnamese speaker with bilingual proficiency in English (preferred) or Chinese.
  • Proven track record of success in marketing and community building, with a deep understanding of thatgamecompany's core values and vision.
  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with gaming communities and influencers in Southeast Asia or Vietnam.
  • Familiarity with thatgamecompany's products and services, with a passion for gaming and community building.
