Job Title: Senior Building Enclosure Specialist

WSP Global Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Senior Building Enclosure Specialist to join our team in Los Angeles, California. As a key member of our Property & Buildings Team, you will be responsible for providing expert advice on building enclosure design, commissioning, and consulting services.

As a Senior Building Enclosure Specialist, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing building enclosure commissioning and consulting services
  • Assisting project teams with completing building enclosure design reviews
  • Reviewing fenestration, vertical facade, roofing systems, and waterproofing
  • Assisting with performing technical reviews
  • Providing support in completing on-site forensic investigations and functional performance testing of enclosure systems
  • Performing on-site construction observation

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Architecture, or related discipline
  • 5-7 years of experience in Building Enclosures / Construction
  • Experience in quality control and management
  • Knowledge in design and construction of exterior building components including fenestration, facade, roofing, and waterproofing materials
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Willingness to travel
  • Exercise responsible and ethical decision-making regarding company funds, resources and conduct and adhere to WSP's Code of Conduct and related policies and procedures.
  • Proven track record of upholding workplace safety and ability to abide by WSP's health, safety and drug/alcohol and harassment policies.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's Degree in one of the above-listed disciplines
  • Experience with building enclosure commissioning

Compensation:

Expected Salary (all locations): $74,900 - $125,000

WSP USA is providing the compensation range that the company in good faith believes it might pay and offer for this position, based on the successful applicant's education, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities in addition to internal equity and specific geographic location.
