Electrical Foreman Role Overview

As an Electrical Foreman, you will be responsible for leading high-performing teams of journeymen and apprentices on various electrical construction projects.

About the Job

Key Responsibilities

• Provide leadership, organization, and field management of teams ranging from 5-25 members on various electrical construction projects.
• Manage projects including Controlled Take-Offs, material and labor budgets, correct phasing, time reporting, daily logs, and scheduled meetings.
• Continuously train and develop your teams to ensure employee retention and company effectiveness and efficiency.
• Manage daily production, safe installation methods, quality control, and high morale of your team members.
• Strengthen existing client, vendor, and team relationships, and build new ones.

Requirements and Qualifications

• A minimum of 6 years' electrical experience, and 2-4 years managing high dollar commercial or industrial electrical projects and large teams.
• Possess a growth-focused mindset and a passion for teaching and developing your teams.
• Willingness to get LEED and NICET Level 2 certifications with commensurate compensation increases.
• Ability to travel with incentives.
