About the Role: The Employee Benefits Planning Specialist will be responsible for providing administrative support to our retirement plan clients, interacting with clients to provide information, and leading responses to complex inquiries. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administrative support for all retirement plan clients
  • Interact with clients to provide information in response to inquiries about products and services
  • Lead the response to complex client and customer inquiries, non-routine problems, and ensures client satisfaction with providers, third-party administrators, and services

Requirements:
  • High School Diploma (or GED or High School Equivalence Certificate)
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Securities and/or Insurance Licensing is desirable

Compensation: $60,000 - $80,000 per year depending on experience.
