  • Communication: Maintain open and effective communication with clients, family members, and healthcare professionals.
  • Lifting and Mobility: Ability to lift a minimum of 25 pounds and navigate stairs, if necessary.
  • Experience: Prior experience working with dementia patients and senior care is preferred, while experience with bedridden clients is essential.
