Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Home Health Aide to join our team. As a Home Health Aide, you will provide personal care and related services to patients in their homes, focusing on activities of daily living and promoting independence.

Responsibilities
  • Assist patients with activities of daily living, such as personal hygiene and grooming
  • Implement basic infection control principles and procedures
  • Keep accurate records of patient care and provide updates to case managers and family members
  • Attend required in-services and meetings
Qualifications
  • Valid Home Care Aide certificate
  • Minimum one year of experience in direct client care in an institutional setting (hospital or nursing facility)
  • One year of experience in direct client care in an agency setting within the last five years
  • Valid driver's license and good driving record
