Connecticut Institute for Communities, Inc. is seeking a licensed behavioral health clinician to provide school-based therapy to patients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in clinical work and experience working with children and families.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions to patients in a school setting
* Conduct diagnostic psychosocial evaluations and develop care plans with clients and their families
* Offer crisis interventions and assess for immediate safety concerns
* Coordinate with psychiatric consultants and refer patients as necessary for medication management
* Attend clinical team meetings and meet productivity standards
* Develop and implement treatment plans based on clinical experience and knowledge
* Evaluate the effectiveness of ongoing treatment and modify approaches as needed
* Work with family members to support clients and patients
* Maintain awareness of new developments in the field and gather information about community mental health needs

Requirements

* Current CT LCSW, LPC, or LMFT License issued by DPH
* Bilingual candidates strongly encouraged to apply
