Key Responsibilities- Coordinate patient care, including assessments, treatment plans, and discharge planning
- Manage treatment plans, including medication administration and coordination with physicians and other healthcare team members
- Ensure quality patient outcomes, including patient safety and satisfaction
- Collaborate with other departments and services to facilitate and support quality care
- Participate in continuous quality improvement activities, including evaluating patient care systems and standards
- RN in NM or as allowed by reciprocal agreement by NM
- CPR for Healthcare/BLS Prov or Prof Rescuers w/in 30 days
- 1 year directly related experience
This is a light work position, exerting up to 20 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 10 pounds of force frequently, and/or a negligible amount of force constantly.
This position requires working at a production rate pace entailing the constant pushing and/or pulling of materials even though the weight of materials is negligible.
This position is subject to minor hazards, including physical risks, dirt, dust, fumes, and noise.
