As an Ambulatory Nursing Specialist, you will have the opportunity to work towards one of five CAP levels, with the potential to earn up to $8.00 in addition to your base pay.

Our Ambulatory Nursing Specialists provide direct patient care in the ambulatory setting, utilizing the nursing process to ensure safe and effective care. We are seeking experienced nurses who are passionate about providing exceptional patient care and have a strong commitment to clinical leadership and mentorship.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide Clinical Leadership: Collaborate with colleagues to provide high-quality patient care and develop clinical leadership skills.
- Mentorship and Education: Serve as a mentor to staff and patients, promoting self-management, hope, and empowerment.
- Patient Safety: Demonstrate a proactive approach to patient safety by identifying and reporting potential risks and near misses.
- Administrative Duties: Assist with administrative tasks, including data processing, report generation, and supply management.
Qualifications
We are seeking nurses with a nationally accredited nursing graduate degree and at least 3 years of direct experience in a healthcare setting. Bilingual skills in English and Spanish are a plus. Must be CPR certified and have a valid RN license in New Mexico or be eligible for reciprocal agreement.
Working Conditions
This is a heavy work position that requires physical exertion, with the ability to lift up to 100 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment with moderate exposure to chemicals and dangerous equipment.

Estimated Salary Range
The estimated salary range for this position is $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
