Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and proactive individual to serve as the primary point of contact for all service-related inquiries at Someren Glen. This role emphasizes a strong commitment to hospitality and personalized service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage incoming communications, ensuring messages are accurately relayed and calls are directed appropriately.
  • Welcome and register all visitors, providing them with essential information and directions.
  • Oversee the sorting and distribution of incoming correspondence.
  • Assist with clerical tasks, including drafting letters, reports, and other documentation as needed.
  • Handle event bookings and maintain an updated directory of residents and important dates.
  • Provide general information about the community and ensure marketing materials are readily available.
  • Respond promptly to emergency alerts and maintain building security protocols.
  • Process maintenance requests and manage office supplies efficiently.
  • Deliver courteous and effective service to residents, guests, and team members.
  • Address resident emergencies in the absence of supervisory staff.

Additional Duties
Other responsibilities may be assigned as necessary to support the operations of the community.
