Maverick Gaming LLC is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Housekeeping Room Attendant to join our team. As a key member of our housekeeping team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of our guest rooms, providing exceptional customer service, and adhering to our high standards of quality and safety.

Responsibilities
  • Clean and maintain guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing bathrooms
  • Replace linens and replenish bathroom supplies and room amenities
  • Use correct cleaning chemicals and follow OSHA regulations and hotel requirements
  • Perform rotation cleaning duties as required
  • Transport cleaning supplies, amenities, and linens to assigned guest rooms
  • Communicate with guests in a professional and friendly manner
  • Handle guest complaints and ensure guest satisfaction
  • Ensure security of guest rooms and privacy of guests
  • Inspect rooms for safety hazards and report any damages or maintenance problems to the Housekeeping Supervisor
Requirements
  • High school education or equivalent experience
  • Previous housekeeping experience and knowledge of proper chemical handling
  • Exceptional guest service skills and ability to work in a standing position for long periods of time
  • Detail-oriented and self-motivated with ability to complete tasks with little or no supervision
  • Punctual and regular attendance
  • Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of employees and guests
  • Ability to follow all company policies and procedures
  • Must be able to communicate effectively in English
