Key Responsibilities:
- • Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing vital sign checks, and documenting patient information.
• Participate in interdisciplinary rounds to discuss patient care plans and address any concerns or issues that arise.
• Collaborate with other members of the healthcare team to ensure seamless delivery of care and achieve optimal patient outcomes.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient information, including medical history, treatment plans, and progress notes.
Requirements:
- • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of Oregon.
• BLS certification (AHA) and ACLS certification (AHA) within 6 months of hire.
• Recent acute care hospital experience preferred, particularly in Critical Care or Emergency Department settings.
• Excellent communication, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
