Key Responsibilities:- Provide direct patient care, including exam/procedure prep, screenings, initial assessments, and clinical procedures.
- Administer medications, immunizations, and obtain specimens as ordered by providers.
- Assist providers with clinical procedures, such as suturing and obtaining specimens for culture.
- Communicate with parents/patients regarding questions arising from visits, follow-up instructions, or scheduling of additional testing.
- Provide health education information and health teaching to parents/patients as directed by providers.
- Graduate of an approved program for Registered Professional Nurse.
- Current NYS Licensure and registration required.
- Current CPR certification.
- Experience in pediatric, clinical, or office nursing preferred.
- Basic computer literacy and proficiency with medical record technology.
- Competitive salary range of $31.00 per hour.
