Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and create a diverse range of marketing materials, including sales collateral, social media content, website assets, landing pages, emails, trade show displays, sales sheets, marketing videos, and internal communications.
  • Enhance and uphold the company's brand guidelines and creative direction, ensuring consistency across all platforms.
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute product photography and video production as needed to support design and marketing projects.
  • Perform image retouching, video editing, sound editing, and manipulation to ensure high-quality outputs.
  • Conceptualize and design layouts, typography, and visual styles, presenting them for review and approval.
  • Manage and prioritize multiple projects, ensuring timely completion, adherence to budget, and exceptional quality standards.
  • Collaborate with team members across marketing and other departments to gather necessary content, information, and feedback.
  • Contribute to team efforts by taking on additional tasks as needed.

Essential Skills & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field with 5+ years of proven experience as a Graphic Designer and/or Video Editor; B2B marketing experience is a plus.
  • Strong design aesthetics with a keen eye for symmetry, typography, and color.
  • A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and innovative thinking.
  • Openness to feedback and willingness to rework designs.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of design and visual principles, along with best practices.
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere, and After Effects.
  • Experience with other industry-standard photo and video editing software, such as DaVinci Resolve.
  • Demonstrated portfolio showcasing creative, design, and software skills.
  • Ability to critically evaluate and communicate design choices effectively.
  • Basic photography skills.
  • Excellent multitasking skills with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Tech-savvy, with a solid understanding of social media platforms.
  • Proficient with Apple computers and their operating systems.
