Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Cloud Network Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our cloud infrastructure team, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our cloud network infrastructure.

You will work closely with our cloud transformation team to standardize cloud repositories and integrate pipelines into network Terraform modules. You will also design, organize, and maintain cloud network patterns, standards, and documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and implementation of Network Cloud code and repository leveraging Terraform, Ansible, CloudFormation, and Lambda functions.
  • Work closely with the cloud transformation team to standardize cloud repositories and integrate pipelines into network Terraform modules.
  • Design, organize, and maintain cloud network patterns, standards, and documentation.
  • Engage with Network Architects/Engineers, Cloud Engineers, Enterprise Architecture, and Software Development teams on future roadmaps and patterns for cloud deployments.
  • Maintain strong hands-on network technology skills in cloud routing, WAN, and security Internet edge architectures.
  • Mentor and train network Ops/Eng members, DevOps, and application development teams in deploying network infrastructure using Network Cloud code.
  • Responsible for network cloud escalations.
  • Participate with EA teams, Network Teams, Cloud Team, and Application Development teams to extract cloud deployment patterns to roadmap.
  • Contribute to the cloud CoE and be a representative of Network concepts in cloud.
  • Align with Sr Managers and Principle Network Architects on future state reference architectures to determine Network Cloud Roadmaps.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Business Administration (or higher) in an IT-related field.
  • Minimum 10+ years of large enterprise IT experience required.
  • Minimum 10+ years of Network Engineering.
  • Minimum 5+ years of AWS Terraform Deployments.
  • Minimum 5+ years multi-cloud global cloud experience.
  • Preferred 5+ years of Azure network deployments.
  • Preferred 5+ years Network Cloud Dynamic Global Routing.
