Job Title:

BAS Field Engineer

Job Summary:

Air Systems Inc., a leading provider of mechanical and electrical construction and facilities services, is seeking a highly skilled BAS Field Engineer to join our team. As a BAS Field Engineer, you will work with our clients to create a database of control programs and systems, program and install control systems for clients' buildings, and ensure compliance with design specifications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create controls program and systems database
  • Work with installation team to cross-check and document correct installation of wiring and control devices
  • Test control programs
  • Integrate system to on-board micro-processors
  • Document systems' compliance with design
  • Provide control drawings to engineering/drafting group
  • Provide test documentation to customer
Requirements:
  • Mechanical engineering degree preferred
  • 5+ years controls experience
  • Ability to read construction blueprints and electrical schematics
  • Knowledge of HVAC control systems required
  • Knowledge of electrical schematics required
  • Ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office, Windows XP, file structure, basic TCP/IP network structure, and web navigation
  • Knowledge of Visio a plus but not required
  • Knowledge of ALC Controls and/or other DDC Controls
  • Clean driving record required
  • Able to lift 30 lbs.

Benefits:

Compensation range: $110,000 - $130,000
