Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Waxing Specialist to join our team at Radiant Waxing. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional waxing services to our clients, while also leading and mentoring our waxing specialists to ensure they meet the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert waxing services to clients, ensuring a high level of quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Lead and mentor our waxing specialists, providing guidance and support to help them develop their skills and knowledge.
  • Conduct regular training sessions to ensure all team members are up-to-date with the latest waxing techniques and products.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with other team members to achieve business objectives and goals.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, and implement new ideas and best practices into our business.

Requirements:

  • Must be licensed or certified to perform wax services in your state and/or municipality.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in the spa/beauty industry, with a proven track record of providing exceptional customer service.
  • Experience in leading and mentoring a team, with a strong focus on developing and implementing training programs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and team members.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
