The Director of Care Management is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of program services, supervising staff and interns, ensuring high-quality client service delivery, and complying with program grants and contracts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage program services daily, ensuring efficient and effective delivery of client services.
  • Supervise staff and interns, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality service delivery.
  • Ensure compliance with program grants and contracts, maintaining accurate records and reports.
  • Record fiscal and client data, providing insights for program improvement.
  • Support the preparation and submission of invoices, ensuring timely and accurate payment.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in social work, psychology, public health, or a related field.
  • LCSW/RN/LVN/LPC license required.
  • Valid driver's license.
