About the Position

Visante seeks to hire a Pharmacy Manager for our Specialty Pharmacy Services line. As a key member of our team, this individual will provide strategic direction and leadership across all aspects of specialty pharmacy services at Client sites.

Responsibilities
  • Provide strategic direction and leadership across all aspects of specialty pharmacy services at Client sites.
  • Oversight of operational, financial, programmatic, clinical, and personnel activities to ensure excellence in patient care and customer service.

  • Monitor quality metrics and evolving clinical, financial, and operational practices, developing action plans for continuous improvement.
  • Supervise clinical pharmacy processes and offer guidance to clinical staff on protocols, decision-making, and patient care delivery.
Work Location and Travel

This is an on-site position in the Mt. Vernon, Washington area with flexibility for remote work, as scheduled. Minimal travel.
