  • Operate and maintain bakery equipment, including mixers, ovens, and proofers.
  • Ensure a clean and safe working environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to meet production and customer demands.
  • Participate in inventory management and ordering of ingredients and supplies.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a bakery or related field.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production deadlines.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
