Condition Monitoring Specialist

Carter Machinery Company, the authorized Caterpillar dealer, is seeking a skilled Condition Monitoring Analyst to join their team in Richmond, Virginia. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for analyzing and interpreting aggregated condition monitoring machine data to facilitate early and accurate detection of changes in equipment health, performance, operation, and application.
Key Responsibilities:- Analyze and interpret machine data to identify potential issues and recommend corrective actions.
- Develop and implement predictive maintenance strategies to minimize downtime and maximize equipment availability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of condition monitoring data into daily operations.
- Provide cost savings to customers by making repair and operational recommendations to improve machine availability and productivity.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and related software.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
The Condition Monitoring Analyst must be able to sit or stand for prolonged periods of time and lift, carry, and maneuver items up to 20 pounds in weight.
