Job Summary

Carter Machinery is seeking a skilled Condition Monitoring Analyst to join our team. As a Condition Monitoring Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing and interpreting aggregated condition monitoring machine data to facilitate early and accurate detection of changes in equipment health, performance, operation, and application.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze and Interpret Machine Data: Utilize advanced analytical techniques to identify trends and patterns in machine data, enabling proactive maintenance and reducing downtime.
  • Develop and Implement Maintenance Strategies: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement maintenance strategies that optimize equipment performance and reduce costs.
  • Provide Expert Recommendations: Offer expert recommendations to customers on repair and operational strategies to improve machine availability and productivity.
  • Communicate Effectively: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing clear and concise communication on maintenance strategies and recommendations.
  • Stay Up-to-Date with Industry Developments: Stay current with industry developments and advancements in condition monitoring and predictive maintenance.
Requirements
  • Technical Knowledge: Possess strong technical knowledge of heavy equipment and machinery, including condition monitoring and predictive maintenance.
  • Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and develop effective solutions.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and cross-functional teams.
  • Organizational and Time Management Skills: Demonstrate strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
