Position Overview
We are in search of a Client Support Specialist who excels in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment and will play a vital role in our team.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist clients post-implementation of our software solutions.
- Provide basic troubleshooting and support for users of our platform.
- Serve as the initial point of contact, delivering solutions to client inquiries.
- Escalate unresolved issues to higher support tiers as necessary.
- Monitor, direct, and manage issues to appropriate resources.
- Guide clients through the troubleshooting process.
- Follow up with clients, offering updates and ensuring issues are resolved.
- Utilize outstanding customer service skills to surpass client expectations.
- Provide on-call assistance for clients as required.
- Participate in non-help desk projects as needed.
- Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or relevant experience.
- 1-3 years of experience in customer service within software environments.
- Familiarity with IT solutions, including cloud-based systems.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and issue resolution capabilities.
- Customer-centric mindset and ability to work collaboratively.
- Excellent interpersonal skills suited for a dynamic workplace.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently to meet client needs.
- Proficient oral and written communication skills.
