Job Summary:

Crothall Healthcare is seeking a highly skilled Resident Regional Manager to oversee multiple clinical engineering accounts. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing client relations and ensuring that our clinical engineering services meet the highest standards of quality.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement financial forecasts and balance programs for multiple clinical engineering accounts within the region.
  • Develop a comprehensive business plan and budget for the region, ensuring alignment with company goals.
  • Monitor and control overhead expenses within the region, ensuring efficient use of resources.
  • Lead the attainment of financial goals for the region, driving revenue growth and profitability.
  • Review and analyze financial statements, weekly operating reports, and other financial results to inform business decisions.
  • Recommend and manage capital requirements to maximize financial returns, ensuring strategic investments.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to survey pricing and business opportunities, driving revenue growth.
  • Monitor future contract financial reviews and updates, ensuring timely and effective action.
  • Lead productivity and staffing initiatives to meet regional and divisional goals, ensuring optimal resource allocation.
  • Monitor period analysis and initiate action plans as necessary, driving continuous improvement.
  • Maintain and support client satisfaction at a level that ensures account retention, fostering strong relationships.
  • Develop and maintain an active stewardship program at multiple levels within the region, promoting a culture of excellence.
  • Administer required client/customer surveys and respond in a timely and effective manner, ensuring client feedback is valued.
  • Promote client awareness of program alternatives and the availability of corporate resources, driving business growth.
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with client contracts, ensuring adherence to terms and conditions.
  • Collaborate with clients to customize programs to meet their unique needs, driving client satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience required.
  • Five+ years supervisory experience in clinical engineering with high customer/client contact required.
  • Experience managing multiple clinical engineering accounts, with a proven track record of success.
  • Budgeting, forecasting, and sales experience preferred.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in written format and oral presentations, with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and establish priorities, with a focus on delivering results.
  • Ability to maintain organization in a changing environment, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Exhibit initiative, responsibility, flexibility, and leadership, with a strong commitment to excellence.
  • Possess a thorough knowledge of contract administration and office procedures, with a focus on compliance.
  • Proficient in the use of Windows-based office software, including Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
